Do you provide tracking numbers? / Are the packages trackable?

How to Place an Order

We have different categories of products from Code Black, Herbal Incense & Herbal Potpourri. While browsing through our online store, if you see any product of your choice, all you need to do is to click “Add to Cart” or “Product Details” which is just below your chosen product. This will give you a chance to know more about the product, it’s strength, it’s aroma etc. You will be able to choose if you need just one or more, which flavour you also need. After making a brief choice, you can then add to Cart. At the Top right hand corner of your page, the amount will automatically add up.

When you are finished shopping, all you need to do is to go to the Top right hand corner of Menu bar, and click on the cart, you will see the option of: View Cart or Checkout. If you need to view your order, then you click “View Cart” but if you want to check out and make your purchase, then click “Checkout”.

This will lead you to a Page where you will insert your shipping information, the duration of shipping you prefer, and also a secure payment gateway using 128-bit SSL encryption. Once you proceed to filling this information, click “Place Order”. At this point we shall receive your order and your payment shall be processed under a Secure Payment Gateway using 128-bit SSL Encryption. Therefore, making your payment safe and secured. After you place your order please head to our payments page and make your payments.

Please take care to fill in correct information or required data as it is very important, we won’t make reshipping if the package is sent to a wrong address. The status of order is unpaid and pending as you have not paid for it yet. If we receive and confirm your payment, we shall send a confirmation message to your email. If we didn’t receive your payment due to lack of funds or card being dishonored or any other problems, we shall call to inform you and give you an alternative means of payment.

Is there a minimum order amount limit?

We’ve designed this store especially for your comfort and easy usage, so our minimum order is three 10G Products but $200 minimum amount on Cart. You are free to order whatever you want and in any amount you want. Feel free to place your order and we’ll be glad to take care of the rest.

How and where do you ship your products?

We can ship anywhere in the World. You will receive your products in a 100% discreet package. Your Privacy and Safety is our major concern. We have also improved on various ways of making sure our shipping is 100% discreet by using DVD CD casings, reducing the size of the package to reduce suspicion, many more just to keep you 100% safe and secured.

Do you Guarantee Delivery?

Of course we do, we are responsible for every order you place. We guarantee a 100% safe delivery of the products you ordered. So if it doesn’t arrive within 10 days please notify us so we could either reship the parcel or check with our shippers. You have to let us know and we will reship it with no cost. We are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Korea.

In how many days do I receive my purchase?

It will depend on the shipping option you choose. We have 3 shipping options:- //24Hours – $50// 2-3Days – $30 // 5-7Days – $15//. This Options apply only for USA and Canada. For other Countries, the prices of shipping would be different and it would depend if there are Taxes to be paid and also your distance. But if you place an order from Europe you should expect your order within 10 – 12 Days but the prices will be determined by the shipper depending on the country.

Is a signature required on arrival?

We are providing registered mail service, so you should sign as proof of receiving your package or package arrival. This is not a reason to get worried, the only difference is that the registered package is tracked, the rest of the procedures are exactly the same as for the regular mail.

Is your packing 100% discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?

We take proper care to be able to bypass any tight security system and the packing of the products is done as discreet as possible, that’s why the success rate of arrival is great. In the case a package is seized we guarantee that we’ll reship it after we receive any seizure letter from customs.

What does it mean Semi-shipped?

That means that we’ve released your order and began to ship it. One part of it has already been sent and is on the way to you, the rest of the order is still being processed and will be shipped within 24 hours after the first one left. This is only possible if your package is been divided in to more than two halves.
